Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Once we transfer your products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you as the customer. We recommend reviewing the shipping carrier's terms and, where applicable, considering shipping insurance for high-value orders.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY MATCHFITS. is powered by Shopify, which provides the technical infrastructure that enables us to operate our store and offer the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases made in our store are transactions made directly between you and Worldkits.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and Worldkits, and is not responsible for any aspect of such transactions, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with MATCHFITS.
